Summer is coming to an end, but at Cebollas Marchite our hands are still full of soil, because our onions are better than ever. <\/p>\n\n

We\u2019ve just finished harvesting, and we can say that this year\u2019s onions are wonderful, full of flavour and quality<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n

The change of season: an opportunity, not a pause<\/h2>\n\n

As summer ends, some crops reach their peak: humidity, heat and direct sunlight begin to take their toll. But for the onion, a crop that has learned to live with the most varied climates, this is just one more change in the natural cycle. Experience has taught us that every season brings its challenges, but also its advantages: safer storage, more intense aromas, and the ideal time to prepare the soil for the next sowing. <\/p>\n\n
