We’re a company that looks after its employees, which is why we have introduced an Equality Plan for Women and Men, committing ourselves to developing policies and measures that ensure equal opportunities and equal treatment, with no direct or indirect discrimination on the grounds of sex.
We know that farming is a largely male-dominated sector, so we’re redoubling our efforts to bring more women into our company every day, in a wide range of roles: from administration to production, grading, packing and fieldwork.
